100 Day Trailblazers
My Goal: To triple my average revenue over 100 days.
Why this goal is important to me: Success is a journey of self discovery and growth. Success is not something that you pursue but something that you attract. It comes to you and it comes to you based on the person you become. It is in the becoming of the person who has the skills and attributes to earn this income on an ongoing basis that excites and motivates me.
About me: I am a risk management specialist. My passion to help others is the most powerful driver of my will to succeed. What I love about my life, I get to wake up every day to do something I love. I get to help people engineer success and security. It’s the most wonderful thing in the world. I enjoy educating and giving our clients the knowledge to make informed decisions about their future and i help facilitate those decisions. In fact the best part is trying to figure out all the different ways I can do that. I am continually learning, growing and improving so that the service that I can provide in 6 months time will be better than what I am providing now and what I am doing now is better than and improved compared to what I was doing 6 months ago. When not working I spend time with my family. I enjoy reading, music, movies, keeping fit and the outdoors.
Every 3-4 weeks we post a progress report for each of our trailblazers. If you’d like to follow Richard’s (or any of our Trailblazer’s) 100 Day journey…please subscribe using the form below.
Since starting on the 100 day programme almost 3 weeks ago I’ve made excellent progress. Activity levels are really high with prospecting and focus creating real opportunities. The biggest challenge at present is keeping on top of administration and making sure I make time for family.
Activity. My activity levels are definitely where I need them to be to achieve my goal.
Focus: The structure and discipline provided by the 100 days programme ensures that I stay focussed on activities necessary to achieve my goal.
Keeping on top of day to day. With my increased activity levels, keeping on top of the daily requirements of the business – chasing underwriters, answering client queries, reporting-writing etc is a challenge.
Family commitments. I am actively involved in the day to day activities of my children. This is important to me but sometimes creates a conflict. Ideally I need to work on better structuring my days to ensure I make time for all of my priorities.
